You can find all the staffs in Testinghall. 

Install
=======
Unpack the archive in some folder
Copy the folder "Data" into folder "Oblivion"
Open filemanager and tick beside "L'DragonSwordstaffSet" 

Uninstall
=========
Remove a tick beside "L'DragonSwordstaffSet"
Delete all the files related to the mod

You can include these textures in your mods and release them for sure, BUT FIRST WRITE TO ME AND ORIGINAL WRITERS (see Credits section) so I and they could know where our recourses is used.
